2008 Festival of Trees

Dear Hospice Supporter:

For over 25 years, Hospice of Carteret County has provided hope, care and dignity to patients and their families facing end of life issues. We are so happy to be able to provide Hospice care in our community. As the only locally owned not-for-profit Hospice agency in our County we need your support to ensure that hospice patients receive the care they deserve.

We are planning for the annual Festival of Trees “Coastal Yuletide”, which celebrates the joy of the holiday season with our own coastal flare. The Festival will be open to the public on December 6-11, 2008, with a Preview Gala on Friday December 5, 2008. This is an opportunity to raise much needed funds to support the life-affirming services provided for hospice patients. All profits from the Festival of Trees directly support hospice patients and families of Hospice of Carteret County. Examples of this support include patient medications, medical equipment, treatment, sitters, utility bills, gas and groceries.

We invite you to be a part of this annual event by being a sponsor of the 2008 Festival of Trees— We have created many opportunities to highlight businesses and groups during the weeklong celebration. Your tax-deductible donation to the Festival of Trees can benefit and raise awareness of your business or group by considering one of the levels of sponsorship. Your participation will showcase you as a supporter of the much needed services and programs offered to patients and families of Hospice of Carteret County. Please complete the enclosed Sponsorship form and return it to Hospice of Carteret County by November 14, 2008.
