Your safety is important to us. If you have questions or concerns about your care and treatment or safety and service issues, we encourage you to share those issues with your nurse. If after speaking with your nurse you have additional questions or concerns, please ask to speak to the manager or director of the department in which you are staying. If you would like to express concerns or suggestions outside the department, contact Care Call at (252) 808-6091 or contact your Patient Courtesy Visitor.
