Food & Nutritional Services

The Food & Nutritional Services department is dedicated to serving attractive, appealing, and nourishing meals for all patients, hospital employees, and visitors. Menus are planned by Registered Dietitians to meet the nutritional needs of the patients served in accordance with the physician's order.

The Outpatient Diet Program provides individual diet counseling for patients referred by their physicians for weight reduction, cholesterol reduction, sodium restrictions, diabetic nutrition, and eating disorders. Ongoing counseling, group support and actual meal preparation comprise this unique program, which has served as a model for many other hospitals.
